Mini laboratory freeze dryer
This mini laboratory freeze dryer is suitable for freeze-drying conventional substances in bulk form (liquid, paste, solid).
Description
KRS-FD200 Mini laboratory freeze dryer
Working Principle:
Vacuum freeze dryers operate by first pre-freezing water-containing materials at low temperatures. Subsequently, in a vacuum environment, the frozen water sublimes and is removed, resulting in dehydrated material. This technique achieves drying through sublimation dehydration.
Key Advantages:
-
Long-Term Preservation: Freeze-dried products can be stored for extended periods.
-
Reconstitution Capability: Materials restore to their pre-freeze-dried state upon water addition while retaining original biochemical properties.
-
Gentle Processing: Particularly superior for heat-sensitive biological products including antibiotics, vaccines, blood products, enzymes, hormones, and other biomaterials.
